Councilor Osborn moved to accept the lower quote from Construction Services of PA contingent on receiving an easement from the American Legion; Councilor Kerns seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The motion conditions the award on securing the required easement; the council did not discuss funding source details during the meeting.
