Council reappoints library and zoning members, accepts resignation and hears resident request to ban glyphosate

Public comment: Robert Hoy, who said he lives in the proposed overlay district, asked for clarification of overlay restrictions and requested that the council consider adding a glyphosate (Roundup) ban to new business at a future meeting, citing Philadelphia’s Healthy Outdoor Public Spaces initiative as precedent. Council members said they would research the request.
