TAC presses for clearer TMG reporting and staff support as projects accelerate

Members noted that even if state funding is available for large projects, local implementation requires staff time and a budget.
On next steps, TAC agreed to compile specific suggestions for how staff should communicate project updates and to add a topic on liaison roles and staffing to upcoming agendas. Members also proposed drafting a short letter to the MCI steering committee and the Select Board outlining TAC’s priorities and asks regarding mitigation funding, transit pilots and active‑transportation commitments.
The meeting concluded with members noting progress on long‑running transportation work and committing to pursue the follow‑up items via email and the next meeting agenda.
