Commissioners acknowledged that survey errors happen and approved the variance so the owners could sell a small portion to an adjacent neighbor.
Motion and outcome: The commission moved and seconded to approve the variance and the vote carried by voice vote. Staff will prepare the paperwork to record the lot-line change.
