Larry Stafford said he hopes to obtain a list of camp-road vendors from Stuart Cole and to coordinate with 7LA so the association can post workshop information and vendor contacts on the Rome website and in the Rome Reader. The association discussed using the Rome website and local publications to share vendor and workshop information.
Stafford also raised a practical complication: several camp roads near North Pond straddle municipal boundaries with Smithfield and Mercer. That situation can complicate applying for or receiving grants to improve camp roads because eligibility and administrative responsibility may be split across jurisdictions.
The association agreed to pursue a vendor list and to coordinate publication of workshop details; no formal grant application or vote was recorded during the meeting.
