Tusky Water Board approves agenda, minutes, financials and a June 19 water-use request for St. Paul’s Church

After calling the meeting to order and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, the board adopted the agenda on a motion by Joe, seconded by Brian. The board then approved minutes from multiple prior meetings (March 16, March 24, April 6, April 20 and May 18) following a motion by Larry and a second by Gerald.
Superintendent Brent presented his written report (see separate coverage). The board reviewed and approved the financial report after a motion from Larry and a second by Brian.
Under new business, St. Paul’s Church requested permission to use water for a June 19 event similar to a previous school event; the request specifically mentioned coordination with the fire department so the truck could provide a sprinkling effect. Philip moved to approve the request, Larry seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote.
With no mayoral report, the board adjourned after Larry moved and Gerald seconded the adjournment motion.
