Amanda Findlay and Juliana Cassavan said MatchBOX has grown from a 12,000‑square‑foot co‑working studio into a network of entrepreneurial programs. They reported surpassing a 350‑member milestone for active users of the co‑working space and said the organization has graduated more than 500 entrepreneurs from its acceleration programming (a figure aggregated across partnerships with 17 counties). The presenters said MatchBOX has launched Local, a downtown Lafayette pop‑up retail space at 6th and Main in partnership with the City of Lafayette and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and named partners including the Downtown Lafayette Business Owner Association.
MatchBOX also described a new Founder Growth Network mentoring program for post‑revenue businesses; the first cohort selection was competitive (40 applicants for 20 slots) and the program has already graduated two cohorts after a 10‑month cycle. Presenters said the parent education program is running successfully and that county staff members are included as contractors for some parent‑project sessions when needed.
