Planning staff: official bylaws distributed; November hearing likely canceled

Planning staff updated the commission that the official, signed bylaws for the Navajo County Planning and Zoning Commission had been located and would be distributed to members. Cody Cooper told commissioners that staff had initially circulated a draft but later found the official signed copy in county files and would send that copy to members who were online.
Cooper also advised that staff did not currently anticipate having items ready for the commission’s November hearing and expected to send an official cancellation if that remains the case; some items may be ready by December. Commissioners thanked staff and the meeting was adjourned.
