The commission opened the item to public comment; no speakers came forward. A commissioner moved to adopt the ordinance and the supporting resolution; the motion carried on roll call with all recorded votes in favor. There were no amendments to the ordinance during the hearing.
The change applies only to the specified location on Williamsburg Lane and does not alter the citywide height standard. Staff remains available to advise property owners and applicants on how the amendment applies to future permit applications.
