The board approved on Oct. 22 a template Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD and ratified emergency street‑sweeping clean‑up work following recent storms.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a proposed grant of easement template to formalize drainage transfers from the PSGRC to the CDD; the board approved adding specific sketches and legal descriptions each time an easement is placed on the agenda. Charlie Krebs reported he is preparing two additional drainage easements (Seaside II and the Golf Course area) and will forward drafts to counsel.
Staff also briefed the board on lake maintenance and equipment. Premier Lakes staff and board members discussed proposals to relocate a nano‑bubbler aerator that sits close to a homeowner’s lanai and related electrical work, including a Bentley Electric proposal and potential use of a 'zombie box.' Mr. Willis agreed to revisit electrical proposals with the contractor and confer with Mr. Kurth after the meeting; no final relocation motion was recorded.
Separately, the board approved an emergency‑authorized Precision Cleaning, Inc. street‑sweeping proposal for storm clean‑up in a one‑time amount of $1,475 and authorized staff to add additional weekly cleanings for the next month if necessary; the motion passed unanimously.
