Tonto National Monument: a free Holiday Luminary event is scheduled for Dec. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m.
2020 Census hiring: the meeting reminded residents that local census workers will be hired for the 2020 Census and recorded a figure of $1,979 per person as the monies allocated to the state associated with the count (as stated at the meeting).
