Brooklyn Heights promotes two firefighters to lieutenant; mayor administers oath

The minutes record each ordinance with "Yeas: 5 / Nays: 0." Mayor Procuk administered the oath of office to both newly promoted lieutenants. Fire Chief Mike Lasky thanked council for approving the promotions, introduced Lieutenant Aiello and Lieutenant Sidor, and invited each to acknowledge friends and family in attendance.
