After discussion the chair called for a motion to adopt the revised bylaws; the commission approved the motion by voice vote and the chair announced the bylaws were adopted.
The chair thanked members and staff for reviewing the revisions and said the commission can now proceed to other agenda items. The adopted changes will be reflected in the commission’s draft and distributed to members.
