The board unanimously adopted the May 20, 2026 meeting minutes. On pension contracts, township manager Tom Petruchi asked the board to table a resolution to award non‑uniform police pension contracts to allow additional review by staff and the pension committee; the board tabled the item by a 5-0 vote.
The board authorized advertisement of bid 2026‑5 for the Fairmont Street and North 23rd Street water and sewer main replacement project; staff will return with bid results at the July 15 meeting. The board also approved a final security‑release certification for the Parkland School District Crater/Gratzer Elementary School project (project 2021‑103), clearing approximately $62,338.79 in remaining security and reducing the project’s escrow to zero; a board member recused on school‑related votes.
Commissioner Kelly moved and Commissioner Gronowski seconded authorization of payment of invoices and disbursements; the motion carried unanimously. The meeting concluded with an adjournment vote.
