City Engineer Tim Parker was authorized to work with Horne CPA to explore whether the Jerry's Fish House project could be funded through ARPA; the board approved the coordination step without committing funding.
The board then entered executive session at 7:05 p.m. to discuss a Park Department personnel matter and the possibility of pending litigation. In executive session the board authorized City Attorney Bobby Lingold to draft a letter to C‑Spire and MSI, Inc. stating the city is not liable for the Tabor claim; that motion carried unanimously. The board also accepted the resignation of park employee Randy Myers effective June 30, 2025. The board returned to open session at 7:16 p.m. and adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
