It is heavily damaged,’’ Dimitro told commissioners.
Commissioners acknowledged the deterioration shown in photos but said the application as submitted lacked sufficient documentation (detailed condition reports, clearer photographs, and a site plan showing context). One commissioner suggested tabling to allow the applicant to compile additional evidence and to work with staff on a more developed replacement design.
A motion to table the COA for up to six months carried; the applicant was directed to provide clearer photos, structural assessments and a site plan, and was encouraged to take advantage of staff concept meetings to refine the replacement design.
