The motion was made by Scott Adams and seconded by Jay Gormley; Chair Chad Schall and the other members voted aye and the motion carried.

Department totals as presented were: Electric $697,363.50; Water $17,268.62; Sewer $13,398.75; Power Plant $1,134.22; and Billing $60,187.21.
Board members Chad Schall (chair), Jay Gormley and Scott Adams were present for the vote; Jarrod Conner was listed as absent. The meeting was called to order at 12:32 p.m. and adjourned at 1:02 p.m.
