According to the explanation at the meeting, the contract covers residential curbside pickup only; commercial or other services are not included in the agreement as presented. Councilmember Josh Buck moved to approve the updated agreement and Councilmember Pete Simmons seconded the motion. The council recorded a roll-call vote in favor of the contract and the motion carried.
