The Stillwater Area Public Schools board approved its consent agenda Tuesday, adopting routine minutes and financial items, renewing worker's compensation insurance and accepting a $5,000 gift to Stillwater Area High School.
Separately, the board completed a second reading and approved Policy 620, Credit for Learning, which had been presented at the September 30 meeting. The board also voted to revoke a set of older policies and related SR items that the administration said do not reference state statutes or MSBA guidance.
The board passed a resolution supporting a Form A application to the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Foundation, a grant opportunity intended to offset student activity fees. Draft school board meeting dates for 2026 were also approved.
All roll-call outcomes were recorded as unanimous 7-0 tallies for the consent agenda and listed actions; individual member votes were not recorded by name in the open-session minutes.
