Roxbury schedules sign-ordinance and hazard-mitigation workshops, advances walking-trail plan

On the walking-trail project, Selectman Timothy Derouche moved to proceed if a partner identified as 'Mainland' will accept $12,000 now and the remainder next year; Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The minutes also note the board accepted a RoxWind Renewable Award Scholarship nomination request form.
Several agenda items were left as 'waiting'—including the Holding Tank Ordinance and work by Olivewood Energy—and the board directed follow-up (for example, obtaining quotes after a dock-grant rejection).
