During the discussion a document on the table was read for the record listing the contract’s adjusted municipal share amount as stated in the meeting materials.
A motion to table the item until after the Article 10 vote was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. The board did not take further action on the contract at the meeting and indicated the matter will return to the agenda after the town vote on Article 10.
The board also noted the printed contract materials had formatting problems in earlier copies and that staff obtained an updated clean copy for the meeting.
