The amendment has been discussed in committee over multiple meetings, the solicitor said, and was advertised in the Daily Local News on June 8. Council members moved and seconded the approval and recorded unanimous "Yes" votes in roll call.
Council indicated staff will implement the administrative changes and that the item had undergone committee review before reaching the full council.
