The Township Committee of Lebanon voted unanimously March 13 to hire Jeffrey Gordon as a part-time zoning officer effective March 14, 2025.
Under Resolution No. 54-2025, Gordon will start at an annual salary of $8,500; following a satisfactory six-month performance review his salary will increase by $1,500 to $10,000. The resolution states the Township’s chief financial officer certified the availability of funds and that a copy of the resolution will be provided to the CFO.
Mayor Brian Wunder asked for the motion to adopt the resolution; Committee member Beverly Koehler moved to adopt and Committee member Jay Wojcik seconded. The motion passed on an affirmative vote from all five committee members present.
The hiring fills the township’s stated need for a part-time zoning officer and takes effect the day after the committee’s vote.
