Paradise Township Sewer Authority adopts higher quarterly user fee and raises tapping fee

Solicitor Susan P. Peipher presented the Eighth Amendment to the Rate Resolution to ratify the action taken at the Authority’s Dec. 1, 2025 meeting. On a motion by Dave Bowman, seconded by J.B. Stoltzfus, the board adopted the resolution unanimously.
Peipher also presented the Fifth Amendment to the Tapping Fee Resolution, which formalizes an increase in the tapping fee to $7,500 per equivalent dwelling unit. On a motion by Bryan Stoltzfus, seconded by Dave Bowman, the motion to adopt carried unanimously.
