No bids for South Bloomfield WWTP flow-equalization project; engineer estimates expansion in about five years

"There were no bids received," Stevenson said, adding that contractors indicated the engineer's estimate did not align with current market conditions.
The council did not take a formal action on the project during the meeting; the update serves as notice that the village may need to revisit project scope, the engineer's estimate, or the procurement approach to attract contractors.
