Chair announces Coulterville "Yosemite Arts and Craft Center" as meeting is postponed for lack of quorum

The announcement included specifics: Chair Wolfson said she has already placed her artwork in the space and that a reception for photographer Brandon Reed (owner of the Copper Pot Cafe in Greeley Hill) is scheduled for Friday. A participant noted the space could be used during Fourth of July events and that stage and vendor opportunities are available.
The meeting did not reach the six-member quorum required to conduct business. Maureen McCormick, clerk of the board, said a member (Jeanette) was not present and organizers waited, but after more than ten minutes past the start time the meeting was dispersed. "Unfortunately, we do not have a quorum, and we will do this again next month," Wolfson said.
Amy Sell, identified by the chair as a new member who lives in Don Pedro, told the group she expects to attend in person after this month, which would affect her voting status.
Because no quorum was present, no agenda items were taken up and no formal actions or votes were recorded. The chair thanked those attending and callers before adjourning the brief session.
