The county said the property will be used for a zero‑emission transit yard and that the LTC chair will be authorized to sign any necessary documents to complete the purchase.
The LTC item completed its public hearing phase with no additional conditions noted at the meeting; the board reconvened as the Board of Supervisors afterward to continue the regular agenda.
