Denton board adopts formal snow and ice response standards

The standards list target timeframes (for example: sidewalks "as needed, within 24 hours"; arterials/business district ">2" within 12 hours; transit/school routes ">3" within 16 hours; residential/other ">3" within 24 hours; ice formation "as needed, within 48 hours"), and include guidance for blowing/drifting/additional accumulation. Enforcement was assigned to the Village Maintenance Supervisor and the Board Chair.
