Denton board confirms 2026 appointments, designates bank and public‑notice locations

On a motion by Trustee Doug Rosekrans, seconded by Trustee Amanda Fangmeier, the board appointed Charlotte TeBrink as Clerk/Treasurer/Zoning Administrator; retained the law firm Bromm, Lindahl, Freeman‑Caddy & Lausterer as village attorney; named Brian Friedrichsen of Olsson as street engineer; appointed Ross Blackledge as water/sewer operator; designated Trustee Amanda Fangmeier as Emergency Management Coordinator; and designated Chair Joe Hobelman as Floodplain Administrator. The motion carried.
The board also designated Pinnacle Bank as the village depository for fiscal year 2025–26 and approved three official posting locations for public notices: the Denton Daily Double, the Denton Community Center, and the Denton Post Office.
The reorganizational approvals set county‑required posting and banking arrangements and confirmed the village’s operational contacts for engineering, legal, and utilities support going into 2026. No vote tallies beyond "motion carried" were recorded in the minutes.
