Rio Vista Planning Commission approves June 12 minutes unanimously

At the July 10 Rio Vista Planning Commission meeting, commissioners moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the June 12, 2024 meeting. A roll-call vote recorded four votes in favor and two absences.
The clerk called the roll and recorded that Chairman Tom Donnelly, Vice Chair Lisa Duke, Commissioner Clinton Schultein and Commissioner Richard Bradshaw were present; Commissioners Emmett Holtzlander and Kevin McNamara were absent. The motion to approve the minutes carried on the unanimous recorded vote of those present.
The approval cleared routine business so the commission could proceed to a substantive public hearing on proposed amendments to the Waterfront Specific Plan.
