The Inlands, Wetlands and Watercourse Agency voted on June 17 to refer an application for Saddle Ridge (24 Saddle Ridge Lane) to the town Planning Commission for review and comment.
Agency staff explained the application proposes a fence and a foot path within a conservation easement that was created as part of the subdivision. Because the Planning Commission approved the original subdivision, staff recommended referral to ensure consistency with the subdivision’s open‑space intent. The agency’s staff also said the referral would not prevent the agency from conducting a site visit prior to receiving Planning Commission recommendations.
A motion to refer the application to Planning for review and comment was made, seconded and carried by voice vote.
