Board members requested documentation of the order and shop drawings to verify the supplier error and the contractor disruption.
A manager identifying herself as Sarah, general manager at RB Furniture Roof, said the supplier originally shipped glass with incorrect measurements and the contractor briefly stopped work after a key subcontractor discovered he had cancer. "We did have the supplier ship us the glasses, but we got it all wrong, and I can send it over the email to Katie," she said, offering photos and order copies to staff.
Board members said documentation would affect enforcement: if the applicant provides proof of ordering and delivery problems, staff can halt or adjust fines. The applicant committed to emailing Katie (town staff) copies of orders, shop drawings and photographs, and the board accepted that documentation would be reviewed before additional action.
