Gunnison County approves lot cluster and Brush Creek Townhomes Phase 3 plat

Planning Technician Aidan McComas presented two land‑use items at the May 19 meeting. The Board approved Lot Cluster LUC‑26‑00013 (Basin Real Estate Holdings LLC), which clusters two lots to allow construction of three duplexes and may include a future townhome plat to memorialize those units.
The board also approved Townhome Plat LUC‑26‑00021 (Brush Creek Townhomes, Phase 3), covering lots 102, 104, 106, 120, 122 and 124; each structure contains three units and the plat allows those units to be separately conveyed.
Both actions were approved by motion and carried unanimously. The minutes authorize the Chair or full board to sign the relevant documents. No public opposition or conditions were recorded in the minutes.
