Donation accepted Under the village gift policy, the board approved acceptance of a $1,000 donation to the Larchmont Fire Department (the policy requires board approval for gifts over $500).

Bills and payments Trustees reviewed and approved presented bills (Trustee Perret recorded a bills total of approximately $137,409, excluding the $75,000 reserve for the fire truck down payment until contract approval) and also approved earlier months’ payments totaling $140,709.49 as presented by the treasurer’s reviewer.

Other routine items The meeting included reports from the village administrator (announcing 1.57 linear miles of road paving at roughly $70 per linear foot), the police chief (recent arrests aided by technology, vehicle theft recoveries, and leaf‑blower enforcement statistics) and the fire chief (training, vehicle extrication practice and safety reminders). The meeting adjourned by voice vote.
