- Adopted Resolution 2020-15 recognizing October as Fire Prevention Month in the district. (Motion: Bertrand/Mendonca — approved 5-0.)
- Adopted Resolution 2020-16 authorizing the Board Chair and Clerk to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the Tohono O'odham Nation for radio use and maintenance services. Chief Chappell said the Nation selected a combination managed-service/time-and-materials approach similar to Drexel Heights. (Motion: Bertrand/Dailey — approved 5-0.)
- Adopted Resolution 2020-17 authorizing the Board Chair and Clerk to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the Tohono O'odham Nation for dispatch services covering Oct. 1, 2020–Sept. 30, 2021. The agreement includes a per-quarter fee of $12,500. (Motion: Bynum/Zang — approved 5-0.)
- Declared the 1997 Dodge utility truck surplus and authorized the Fire Chief to dispose of it in the district's best interest. Chief Chappell reported the vehicle had been replaced in service. (Motion: Dailey/Bertrand — approved 5-0.)
- Authorized the Fire Chief to purchase two Rosenbauer pumpers using 2017 bond proceeds; staff said pairing the purchase with Green Valley will reduce costs and support uniformity. (Motion: Bertrand/Dailey — approved 5-0.)
- Authorized the Board Chair to execute a three-year Agreement for EMS billing services with Mediclaim Data Services, Inc.; Chief Chappell said the fee remains 8.75%. (Motion: Bynum/Bertrand — approved 5-0.)
- Authorized the Fire Chief to execute a two-year Emergency Medical Services Supporting Services Agreement with St. Mary's Hospital to serve as the district's base hospital; Chief Chappell said the contract mirrors prior agreements and only updates dates. (Motion: Bertrand/Bynum — approved 5-0.)
