Plain City council approves exterior maintenance ordinance and budget amendments; tables property purchase second reading

At its June 3 special meeting Plain City Council approved Ordinance 17-2026 (exterior property maintenance) by a 5–1 vote (one nay from T. Arnold), unanimously approved Ordinance 18-2026 and Resolutions 18-2026 and 19-2026, and unanimously voted to table the second reading of Resolution 20-2026 until June 22, 2026.

Ordinance 18-2026 (Approving a supplemental appropriation of funds and amendments to the Village of Plain City 2026 budget) was approved by motion (mover: T. Arnold; seconder: A. Lewis) with all council members recorded as voting in favor.
