Resolution 2026–07 (Use Variance — Amtech Fence LLC, 541 Bridgeton Pike, Block 6 Lot 32): The board moved to memorialize the resolution approving a use variance. Mrs. Nicholson moved to approve and Mr. Richardson seconded. A roll-call vote was taken and all members present voted in favor.
Minor Subdivision SD-26-01 (Raul Castillo Luna, 244 Clayton Ave, Block 186 Lot 1): The application was considered for completeness and the board deemed it incomplete. Mrs. Nicholson moved and Mr. Hughes seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous among members present.
Final Major Site Plan SP-25-01 (Country Roads Realty, 730 Buck Rd): After presentation and public comment the board approved the final major site plan with changes requested by the board and professionals. Mrs. Nicholson moved; Mr. Richardson seconded. A roll-call vote was unanimous among members present.
