The Neighborhood Board of Adjustment voted unanimously May 20 to approve a special exception permitting an oversized freestanding monument sign at Interpark Filing No. 1, Replat D, Lot 1, Block 1.
Senior Planner Alex Bradshaw summarized the staff report and asked that the report be made part of the record. Joseph Westbrook of Insignia Rising Sign Company attended and was available for board questions; no members of the public requested to speak.
Board Member Jeff Freeland moved to approve the resolution; Board Member Michael Weiland seconded. The minutes record the resolution passed 7 to 0.
