Bolton PZC unanimously releases site-improvement and E&S bonds for 1 Notch Road

At its June 10 meeting the Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission voted 7–0 to release site-improvement and erosion-and-sediment control bonds for William Phillips related to 1 Notch Road (#PL-21-1). The commission also referred a dumpster request from St. Maurice Church to staff for permit review.
The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission on June 10 voted unanimously to release site improvement and erosion-and-sediment (E&S) control bonds for a 1 Notch Road project owned by William Phillips. Chair Tom Manning moved to release the bonds; Marilee Manning seconded and the motion carried 700.
The minutes record no further conditions or discussion attached to the release vote. The bond release was recorded as an action on application #PL-21-1.
Separately under new business the commission briefly considered a request by St. Maurice Church to place two dumpsters behind its building. The commission stated that a Zoning Permit would be required and that staff would review any permit application in accordance with the towns zoning regulations.
The commission adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
