At the start of the Feb. 3, 2025 meeting, County Legislator Pierce briefed the Village Board on county initiatives relevant to Mount Kisco residents.
Pierce described a Narcan training she sponsored at the Mount Kisco Library, noted internship and mock government opportunities targeted at high school students, summarized county park programs and veteran park pass availability, and highlighted county summer camp programs. She also mentioned Project Alliance, a program currently housed in Mount Kisco, and cautioned residents to be alert to voice‑phishing scams that target households by phone.
The update was informational; no board action was required. Board members acknowledged the report and moved on to the evening’s agenda items.
