Other actions: The committee also voted to post 'no overnight parking' on the north side of North Street (Union to Collins) after residents reported commercial vehicles and trailers blocking access; it approved placing a "Caution: child with disability" sign at 1325 Garfield Avenue; and it authorized staff to provide East Avenue speed-study time windows to the police department for targeted enforcement after counters showed northbound 50th/85th speeds well above posted speeds (northbound 50th≈46.2 mph, 85th≈52.1 mph). In a time‑sensitive constituent request, the committee agreed to remove a newly installed handicap/reserved sign adjacent to a driveway on Washington immediately and return with a proposal for permanent placement.
