Chair Gary Schlesinger said he had "reviewed the entire agreement but did not understand it all." Clerk Marianna Evans told the board JEO Engineering had reviewed the contract and had no concerns. Trustee Nick Wagoner moved to approve the agreement and Trustee Lance Denbo seconded; the motion carried with all trustees voting yes.
