Bridgeton council adopts Oak Street water-main replacement and grants right‑of‑way easement for Phoenix redevelopment

Councilwoman Marian King moved to open the second reading and Councilwoman Rosemary DeQuinzio seconded; with no public comment the council moved to final consideration on a motion by Councilman David Gonzalez, seconded by Councilman J. Cmtis Edwards, and adopted the ordinance unanimously.
