The motion to waive was made by Schlesinger and seconded by Nick Wagoner; the waiver and the ordinance passed on unanimous 5-0 votes (Lance Denbo, Nick Wagoner, Gary Schlesinger, Jerusha Ratcliffe and Van Steyn voting aye).
