The Hampton Township Planning Board on Feb. 19 approved an extension requested by Route 206 Northbound, LLC and 12 Route 206 LLC (Application 24-03PB) to allow the applicant additional time to finalize the final plat and county and DEP filings.
Attorney Brady told the board the applicant is working to finalize the final plat and that the normal filing period is 190 days but can be extended up to a year from the original approval. Engineer Simmons reported he spoke with the County Planning Director, who found the revised plat acceptable but noted a deed-reference correction may be required before documents are circulated for signature and filed with the County Clerk’s Office. Attorney Brady said the applicant requested an extension through June 30, 2026.
The board approved the extension on a motion by Mr. Gunderman, seconded by Mr. Dooley; the minutes record a roll-call vote in favor by Daniels, Dooley, Gunderman, Gurick, Kominiak, McCarthy, Sivulich, Zawacki and Ambrosi.
The extension gives the applicant time to complete the county and DEP steps and to correct the deed reference required for recording. The minutes note that once the deed correction is made the plat will be circulated for signatures and filed at the County Clerk’s Office.
