Avon zoning board approves minutes, reorders agenda; one variance withdrawn

Member Kathryn Ransburg moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Marci Taschler. Member Paul Guckenberger moved to hear SE 26-01 prior to VAR 26-05; Kathryn Ransburg seconded that motion. The transcript records both motions as passing unanimously among the four members present.
Later in the meeting VAR 26-05 (Wash N Roll - Front Yard Stacking) was recorded as withdrawn after disposition of SE 26-01 and therefore was not heard. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. and adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
