Westwood planning board approves minutes, deems subdivision application complete and adjourns

The Westwood Planning Board recorded several routine actions at its May 14 meeting. The board approved the April 9, 2026 minutes on a motion by William Martin, seconded by Ann Costello and carried unanimously on roll‑call vote. Earlier the board voted to open the meeting for public comment on non‑agenda items (motion by William Martin, seconded by Ann Costello); no members of the public spoke and the board closed public comment on motion and second.
Planner Ed Snieckus advised that application PB‑25‑0502 (Adam Nowak, 80 Sand Road, LLC) was deemed complete after submission of an environmental analysis, grading information and architectural plans; Snieckus said the applicants will be notified when the application is ready for a hearing. On motions made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 10:00 p.m. by the Chair.
