Treasurer Cara Wraight reported financial balances: the Rosie Fund held about $8,033 and the BHF account held $12,508.14. No farm maintenance update was provided during the meeting.
Cedric G. signaled interest in performing an Eagle Scout project on the farm; the commission will seek input from John and place the request on the next agenda. Separately, Kevin Drake volunteered to coordinate cleanup of the farmhouse first floor to make the space more presentable for the September event and said he would discuss details with John.
