The minutes record suggested repair approaches and cost estimates: leave roots and add 6–8 inches of gravel (noted as 8 inches = 36 yards at approximately $1,500), and for Middle Road skim grass to gravel and add three loads of gravel (cost cited $1,500). The board also queried the status of a $50,000 grant that could relate to road work; no final determination was provided during the meeting.
Actions on paving and larger repair bids were deferred to future meetings; the board asked staff to obtain bids and return with numbers for review.
