Bellevue council approves Roths Anderson Grove final plat and multiple park and engineering contracts

The Bellevue City Council approved a slate of development and construction items at the June 16 meeting, including final plat approval for Roths Anderson Grove and multiple contracts for parks and engineering services.
During the public hearing on Item 14A, Rob Woodland of Foundations Development, LLC (1886 South 128th Street, Omaha) spoke on the final plat and offered to answer any questions. After no further public comment the council closed the hearing and approved the final plat.
On consent and current business the council approved an interlocal agreement with the Sarpy Douglas Law Enforcement Academy (term through Sept. 30, 2028), an amendment to a final plat for a pedestrian access easement in Largo Plat Two, and Amendment No. 1 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., for Quail Creek Rehabilitation in an amount not to exceed $13,109.
The council also approved notices of award and agreements for park trail construction: NL & L Concrete, Inc., for Everett Park Trail improvements (not to exceed $259,788.50) and Navarro Lawn and Landscape DBA NL Enterprise for Willow Springs Park Trail improvements (not to exceed $334,636.75). The council authorized GM Associates construction-phase services for Willow Springs ($15,300) and for Everett Park ($16,300). All motions passed with all voting in favor.
